PHJOU's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHJOU account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PHJOU's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
PHJOU collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
PHJOU implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and PHJOU cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, PHJOU reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, or loyalty points in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, PHJOU will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PHJOU support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you after applicable checks are completed.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution.
Nothing in this section shall prevent PHJOU from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
